Viraj is a psychological and executive function coach with over 20 years’ experience supporting professionals across healthcare, education, and corporate sectors. He holds Masters training in psychology and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. He specialises in neurodiversity-informed workplace coaching, working with ADHD, autism, dyslexia and executive functioning profiles, alongside individuals navigating anxiety, burnout and work-related stress. His approach combines structured workplace strategy with emotional clarity and identity-focused reflection, helping clients understand how their cognitive style interacts with their environment. Drawing on both professional expertise and personal insight into executive functioning and sensory differences, Viraj creates a calm, compassionate space where clients feel safe to explore challenges, build practical systems, and grow in confidence, autonomy, and self-advocacy at work.

As an Associate Neurodivergent Coach, Julie draws on extensive experience as a specialist mental health Vocational Occupational Therapist within the NHS. She is also a Certified Disability Management Professional, which has provided her with a strong evidence base in workplace health, disability management, and effective accommodation planning. She’s developed a depth of experience supporting individuals with complex mental health needs in employment, with a particular focus on neurodivergent clients. Julie is passionate about empowering people to understand their strengths, navigate challenges, develop workplace strategy skills, and thrive at work.

Anita is a warm, compassionate ADHD coach who combines professional expertise with lived experience. Diagnosed as an adult, she understands the complexity, relief, and rediscovery that can come with recognising your neurodivergence, and she is passionate about helping clients feel truly seen, understood, and supported. Alongside her coaching work, Anita is undertaking doctoral-level study focused on ADHD, executive function, and neurodivergent-affirming approaches. She supports neurodivergent individuals, recognising that every brain is different. As an EMCC Senior Practitioner, she offers strengths-based, client-led coaching that builds clarity, confidence, and sustainable progress in everyday life.

Jill has over 25 years of experience in coaching and personal development. Her passion is to work with individuals to support and guide them to take the first step to make changes and transform themselves. Whatever the challenge, from developing key Executive Function skills (Certified EF Coach) to focusing on motivation and strategies, you’ll work on it together in partnership. With a background in occupational psychology, Jill uses her knowledge and experience to guide and choose the best solutions and strategies that clients can embed into everyday life. She also has experience of using positive psychology techniques and has extensive experience of working with clients with Neurodivergent conditions. Her approach is client-centred, and achieving great outcomes for you is her goal.

Georgia

Neurodiversity Coach & Mental Health Social Worker

Georgia is an accredited neurodiversity coach diagnosed ADHD (possibly AuDHD), a registered mental health social worker, and a workplace neurodiversity trainer. With a background in the NHS and registration with the Association for Coaching and Social Work England, Georgia brings both lived experience and professional expertise to her work.

Georgia specialises in supporting neurodivergent professionals in ways that honour how their brains naturally operate. Georgia’s coaching is neuroaffirming, person-centred, and grounded in the social model of disability, focusing not on ‘fixing’ individuals, but on empowering them to understand their strengths, navigate challenges, and advocate for the environments they need to succeed.

Through a blend of psychoeducation and evidence based strategies, Georgia supports professionals and students’ in areas such as executive functioning, communication differences, self identity, mental health, and sustainable ways of working. Georgia also works closely with leaders and organisations, delivering neurodiversity training across global businesses, which gives a unique perspective on the real challenges people face both personally and within workplace systems.
